Yongchunbi Ecological Wetland Park. Yongchunbi Park was originally the Yongchunbi military camp used by the military. After the troops relocated to Xindian in 2000, it remained idle for many years. In 2016, it was re-designated as park land and later planned and designed by the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Taipei City Government Public Works Department to become the current Yongchunbi Ecological Wetland Park. Yongchunbi Ecological Wetland Park is located at the foot of Sishou Mountain in Xinyi District, covering an area of about 4 hectares. It is the first urban wetland ecological park that integrates environmental education, ecological restoration, and historical value. It officially opened to the public in 2020. The Collared Scops Owl, which often appears in the park, was selected as the park's mascot. When visiting the park, be sure to pay attention, and you might just catch a glimpse of the beautiful Collared Scops Owl!
