It is said that this is a natural spring formed by the terrain. The land within the inner circle and the water in the outer circle symbolize lovers' eternal devotion, surrounded by an ecological wetland and a waterside platform, also emphasizing the importance of soil and water conservation. The Baishihu community was originally themed around "finding happiness." What was once a neglected spring was transformed through ingenious design into the "Heart-Shaped Pond," an ecological wetland spring with a double-heart shape, and the "Eternal Knot Pavilion" by the pond, with the ecological wetland and waterside platform encircling each other. The clever combination of water and land symbolizes the unity of water and soil, and lovers' "eternal knot," making it a romantic outing for couples that will surely add to their happiness. Nearby the Heart-Shaped Pond is Guizui Pond, an ecological reservoir dug by local farmer "Uncle Guizui" and villagers to solve the problem of water sources for irrigation in the mountainous areas. Later generations named this reservoir "Guizui Pond" in his honor. (Source: Geotechnical Engineering Office)
