This art museum, located in the heart of the city, can be considered another important milestone for the Lin Nai-weng Cultural and Educational Foundation in promoting Taiwanese art and culture. Located around Beimen Plaza in Taipei City, at the current address of No. 5 Yanping South Road, the Shung Ye Taiwan Museum of Art was formerly the "original home" of the Shung Ye Group - "Shung Ye Enterprise." This 74-year-old building has been transformed into a brand-new art museum under the vision of Chairperson Lin Chun-chi. The Shung Ye Group's spirit of pursuing excellence will also radiate greater cultural energy to society through the operation of the art museum. Honorary Chairman Lin Ching-fu, the founder of Shung Ye Taiwan Museum of Art, loves his homeland and cherishes Taiwan. Since the 1970s, he has collected many Taiwanese aboriginal artifacts and local art paintings. In addition to exhibiting the wonderful paintings donated from Honorary Chairman Lin Ching-fu's collection, the Shung Ye Taiwan Museum of Art also holds special exhibitions based on different themes and invites curators and young artists from home and abroad to participate, achieving the goal of promoting Taiwanese culture. In terms of educational promotion activities, the museum actively engages with various aspects by focusing on "local culture and humanities," "innovative culture," and "diverse arts."
