This art museum, located in the heart of the city, can be said to be another important milestone in the Lin Nai-weng Cultural and Educational Foundation's promotion of Taiwanese art and culture. Located around Beimen Square in Taipei City, at the current address of No. 5 Yanping South Road, the Shunyi Taiwan Art Museum was formerly the "starting house" of the Shunyi Group of Companies - "Shunyi Trading Company." This 74-year-old building has been transformed into a brand-new art museum under the planning of Chairperson Lin Chun-chi. The Shunyi Group of Companies' pursuit of excellence will also radiate greater cultural energy to society through the operation of the art museum. Honorary Chairman Lin Ching-fu, founder of the Shunyi Taiwan Art Museum, loves his homeland and cherishes Taiwan. Since the 1970s, he has collected many Taiwanese indigenous artifacts and local art paintings. In addition to exhibiting the wonderful paintings donated by Honorary Chairman Lin Ching-fu's collection, the Shunyi Taiwan Art Museum also holds special exhibitions based on different themes and invites curators and young artists from home and abroad to participate, achieving the goal of promoting Taiwanese culture. In terms of educational promotion activities, the art museum actively engages with various aspects by focusing on "local culture and humanities," "innovative culture," and "diverse arts."
