"Chiang Ching-kuo Seven Seas Cultural Park" covers a total area of 3.98 hectares, with a building footprint of approximately 2,000 ping. The park is surrounded by a large area of planted green spaces, public art, and waterside walkways. The architectural design harmonizes with the natural environment, aiming for Diamond-level green building certification. The park's core consists of the Seven Seas Residence historical site and the Chiang Ching-kuo Presidential Library, with an attached visitor center. It integrates the scenic beauty of Seven Seas Pond and Chientan Mountain, along with a lakeside trail, to form a comprehensive cultural park. We operate this important former residence with the principles of commemorating Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo, revitalizing historical sites, and extending historical vitality. We hope it will become a new attraction for in-depth cultural tourism in Taipei City and a new humanistic landmark with rich historical significance.
