Lujiaoxi Wetland Park. Lujiaoxi Wetland Park covers an area of 16 hectares and is located at the confluence of the Dahan River and its tributary Lujiaoxi Creek, named for its deer antler-like shape. The Lujiaoxi Wetland was formerly a landfill site. After renovation by the New Taipei City Government's Riverside Park Management Office, it was developed into an artificial wetland. It utilizes aquatic plants and natural purification methods to improve the water quality of the Dahan River, and is the first on-site wastewater treatment facility in New Taipei City certified by the Environmental Protection Administration.
