The oceanic moisture brought by the monsoon turns into clouds and mist on Guanyin Mountain, and the ever-changing sea of clouds is a spectacular sight, earning it the beautiful name of "Bùnlǐng Tǔwù" (Mist-Spitting Peak), which is one of the eight scenic spots of northern Tamsui during the Qing Dynasty.
