The site of the stele, due to strong winds for many years that ravaged travelers, had the character "Tiger" inscribed here, meaning "clouds follow the dragon, and wind follows the tiger," to ward off wind damage. The ancient stele erected to suppress evil spirits also serves as a reminder to travelers that strong winds often blow here, and they must be especially careful when passing through.
