An old oil depot machine room by Tamsui's First Fishing Harbor, abandoned for many years and weathered by 60 years of time, transformed on February 14, 2007, into the "Tamsui Fishery Life and Culture Image Museum" with white walls and green window lattices. A green retro large mailbox stands in front of the entrance. Inside the museum, the red old fuel pump that used to supply oil to fishing boats is still perfectly preserved on the wall. The museum displays many black and white postcards of Tamsui scenery, the long-term photographic works of the curator, Brother Ah Zhong, who embeds his deep affection for Tamsui into each photo of Tamsui's past charm.
