At the latter section of Jishan Street's Bian-Che-Lu, there is a sign pointing to the "Jiufen Gold Mine Museum." Follow the path forward, and you will find an independent residential house. The house is marked with "Jiufen Gold Mine Museum." It was converted from ancestral property by the late miner Mr. Zeng Shuichi through his own efforts and established in 1992. After Mr. Zeng Shuichi passed away in 2012, his son Zeng Jianwen and granddaughter Zeng Yixian have maintained it to this day, which is truly commendable. What's even more remarkable is that the museum houses over a thousand types of raw ore that Mr. Zeng Shuichi, the old miner, brought out from the mine shafts. This is not only impressive in terms of quantity but also in the difficulty of refraining from refining them. It's important to know that refraining from refining valuable gold is a significant feat.
