Sheng Fang Creative Wagashi Museum. In 2003, Mr. Chen Shih-yang, founder of San Shu Gong Foods, established the "Sheng Fang" brand with the philosophy of inheriting tradition and pioneering the future, giving new life to products. Over the years, he has traveled back and forth to Japan to study under wagashi master Katsuya Yasukazu, developing and producing products with continuous creativity and aesthetics, enriching the texture and flavor layers of wagashi. He strives to make every product not only stunning at first glance but also endlessly memorable upon tasting. Sheng Fang continuously grows and transforms between inheritance and innovation. In 2009, it transitioned into a tourist factory, opening the mochi and pastry production process for visitors to observe, allowing consumers to get up close to the manufacturing process.
