After descending Mount Jinmian in Toucheng Township, Yilan County, it reaches the Lanyang Plain and ends at the intersection with Qingyun Road (Provincial Highway 2 Geng) in Toucheng Township (at KM 70 of Provincial Highway 9). It passes through Xindian District, Shiding District, and Pinglin District in New Taipei City, and Toucheng Township in Yilan County.
