Xizhi Old Street. Xizhi Old Street, located on Zhongzheng Road, a short one-kilometer stretch from Xizhi Train Station to Limen Street, was formerly known as "Shuifanjiao Street" and was an important cargo transshipment point on the Keelung River, earning it the title of "Xizhi's First Street.".
