Candlestick Islets — The Candlestick Islets, approximately 60 meters high, are associated with a poignant legend of the "Couple Stones." Originally part of the Jinshan Cape, they were separated due to tectonic movement.

Continuous erosion by seawater and wind further detached them from the cape. Over a long period, the small sea islets were eroded by waves, and the sea caves at their base gradually formed a sea arch, resembling a stone gate. Later, the top of the sea arch collapsed, creating two sea stack-shaped exposed reefs. The bases of the rock pillars are connected, diverging above the water into twin islets, resembling two candlesticks, hence their name, "Candlestick Islets."
