Bihua Temple is a three-story Buddhist building in the Northern Chinese style. The stone lions at the entrance, the stone pillars under the stairs of the main hall, and the stone carvings on both sides of the stairs, as well as the drum-shaped stones and door sill stones, are placed on the left and right sides of each door. Today, Bihua Temple has transformed from an early Buddhist temple dedicated to Shakyamuni Buddha into a folk belief temple integrating Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism.
