Hidden within the bustling Taipei Port, where large ships frequently come and go, lies a small fishing harbor, as tranquil as if you've stumbled upon another secret realm. This place, known as Xiaguzi Fishing Harbor, is Bali's little-known secret. The fishing harbor is located within the Taipei Port Special Zone and is currently classified as a Class II fishing harbor. Most of the boats docked here are from nearby areas like Taoyuan and Tamsui. In recent years, cycling tourism along both banks of the Tamsui River has flourished. The Bali Left Bank Bicycle Path stretches from the mouth of Guanyinkeng Creek to Xiaguzi Fishing Harbor, covering a total of approximately 16 kilometers. Along the way, it passes by the Guandu Bridge, Bali Ferry Pier, Wedding Plaza, and continues to the Waziwei Ecological Protection Area and the Shisanhang Museum of Archaeology, integrating culture, ecology, and historical sites. It can be called a rare cycling oasis in the urban jungle.
