The Ocean Station is an initiative by the Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, in conjunction with the Executive Yuan's "Salute to the Sea" policy. It transforms Coast Guard stations into Ocean Stations with educational and recreational functions. There are a total of 12 locations established across Taiwan.
