The frosted stainless steel box-shaped landmark at the entrance is a renovation of Taipower's machine room and underground ventilation shaft. The exterior wall is engraved with electric light symbols representing energy supply, giving it a futuristic and technological feel. The D/S in TAIPOWER D/S ONE is deconstructed from the English abbreviation for Distribution Substation, giving it a new meaning of Design and Sustainability.
