The park includes buildings and facilities such as the Human Rights Memorial Monument, Ren'ai Building, Service Center, Barracks Area, Military Court, First Court, Wang Xiling Special Zone, and Library. Through permanent exhibitions and educational activities, it conveys universal values such as democracy and human rights.
