National Archives Administration. Located in Linkou District, New Taipei City, the National Archives Administration is our nation's first national-level archive building. The facility stands 50 meters tall, with 10 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. The facility stands 50 meters tall, with 10 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, and is a green building. The entire park covers an area of 2.56 hectares, preserving the original secondary forest, integrating humanities, architecture, and natural landscapes. The National Archives Administration combines the functions of national archive collection, application services, research, and exhibition. The archive storage can preserve up to 100 kilometers of national archives. The archives collected within the museum are rich, ranging from land deeds from the Qianlong era in 1734 to archives from various levels of government in modern times, making it a treasure trove of national memory. The museum features permanent and special exhibitions, allowing visitors to read about the changes in Taiwanese society through national archives. The National Archives Administration will begin trial operations on September 2, 2025, and officially open on November 22, 2025.
