Built between undulating artificial hills and flat land, its architecture is designed in a traditional Southern Fujian style, giving it an ancient and elegant appearance. It is a multi-functional composite venue for art exhibitions and performances, covering an area of approximately 3 hectares. It is mainly divided into an exhibition hall, a performance hall, an artists' data gallery, a lecture and conference hall, an outdoor theater and leisure area, a workshop classroom area, and an administrative area, with complete facilities. In addition to providing a stage for cultural and artistic performances and a gathering place for public cultural leisure, it actively overcomes the geographical disadvantage of its peripheral location, and has become a core and venue for national art exhibitions and performances.
