The Liu family old house is an important symbol of the Hakka pioneering history in the mountainous region. It was completely destroyed by the 921 earthquake. After six years of dedicated efforts by enthusiastic Liu family members and the local working team, it was finally rebuilt in its original appearance as the Tuniu Hakka Culture Museum.
