Located opposite the Taichung General Hospital of the Armed Forces on Section 2, Zhongshan Road in the Taiping District, the park spans a total of 11.7 hectares. Within this area, 3.7 hectares are designated as an original forest park, and a 32,000 cubic meter ecological flood retention pond has been constructed. A multi-functional art exhibition hall has been built utilizing the flood retention space, enhancing the local ecological flood retention capabilities and promoting the overall prosperity and development of the Taiping area.
