The Xixi Branch Library, built with an investment of NT$90 million, is Taichung's first library that integrates architectural and aesthetic features. It is adjacent to the green belt of Fazi River Park and is the only library in Taiwan that can be seen from a high-speed rail train. Furthermore, it is a Bronze-class green building featuring green building materials, a load-bearing wall system without columns, and low-carbon energy-saving characteristics.
