Cigu Lagoon. Locally known as "Neihaizi," it is a remnant of the Taijiang Inland Sea from over 300 years ago, covering an area of about 1600 hectares. Along the way, you'll see numerous oyster rafts, fixed fishing nets, and leisurely anglers in small boats, offering a chance to admire the rich lagoon ecosystem. The surrounding mangrove forests are teeming with egrets and fiddler crabs. There is also a unique water bird, the cormorant. Although it is a water bird, its feathers are not waterproof. Therefore, after each dive to catch fish, it must dry its feathers in the sun on the oyster rafts before it can hunt again. This is a very interesting ecological behavior.
