Built in 1750, it is a very important Tudigong temple in the Pujie Street area and the only Tudigong temple in Tainan listed as a historical monument. In the past, this was Fotou Port, one of the five major ports, with numerous merchants and ships coming and going, and flourishing incense. The temple also houses an ancient plaque from the Jiaqing period, "Wan Wu Zi Sheng" (All things are born from nature). Although the traces of Fotou Port are no longer visible today, the preserved Jingfu Temple allows future generations to recall the prosperity of those years.
