Former Residence of Chen Baozheng in Anping — The former residence of Chen Baozheng has existed on Yanping Street since the Qing Dynasty. It was the residence of Mr. Chen Zhiyun, a naval officer from Fujian who was dispatched to Taiwan during the late Qing Dynasty and served as a Baozheng (local headman) during the Japanese colonial period.

Later, when Yanping Street was widened, the front section was demolished, leaving only the central ridge of the front section and the middle and rear sections. Inside, there are mezzanines and coral stone partition walls. In the patio between the middle and rear sections, there is a very prominent "Baoji" spirit screen, built with 42-centimeter-thick red bricks, about four meters high and 1.5 meters wide. The spirit screen is adorned with the Bagua symbol with the characters "Baoji," and above it are sun, moon, and cloud decorations.
