Xinhuagong Hall Youth Library (Original Xinhuagong Hall). The original Xinhuagong Hall was built in 1937 and served as a public gathering place for the people of the Xinhuagong area during the Japanese colonial period. It was registered as a historical building in 2008. The Tainan City Government renovated and transformed it into a youth library in 2018, making it the first library in Tainan City to be located within a historical building. It retains its original wooden structure and primarily serves as a reading space for young people, housing a collection of books suitable for them in science, literature, art, and inspirational life topics.
