Currently, there are 27 branches worldwide, serving artists and audiences from various countries through a global network, dedicated to promoting Buddhist teachings through culture and actively promoting the spirit of Humanistic Buddhism which embodies truth, goodness, and beauty. The main branch is located directly behind the Great Buddha Hall of Fo Guang Shan Monastery in Dashu District, Kaohsiung, covering an area of approximately 600 ping. It features two exhibition halls: one for permanent exhibitions and another for external exhibition applications. Exhibitions are rotated every 1-2 months, showcasing various forms of art including Chinese painting, Western painting, sculpture, installations, or mixed media. All exhibitions are free for public viewing. Visitors can simultaneously appreciate the beauty of Buddhist architecture and art. In conjunction with exhibitions, the main branch frequently hosts various art lectures, teaching, and training courses, providing the public with an aesthetic space that combines leisure and entertainment.
