Taiwan Tiantan. Taiwan Tiantan is located at the northern end of Dashu District, facing the Gaoping River and Liling Bridge, surrounded by mountains on three sides. It is conveniently located and offers magnificent views. An imposing welcome archway and ninety-nine steps lead visitors and devotees into a solemn and elegant place of spiritual cultivation. The exquisite nine-dragon bas-relief further enhances its majestic grandeur. The Tiantan is a circular building modeled after the Temple of Heaven in Beiping. It has three stories, with red pillars, a green dome covered with golden-yellow glazed tiles, exuding a harmonious and magnificent aura. The interior is simple and elegant, with separate altars for Qing Shui Zu Shi, Guan Sheng Di Jun, and Yu Huang Da Di. In addition to being a place of worship for devotees, it is also an excellent spot to admire the beautiful scenery of the Gaoping River.
