In 2011, driven by the Ciaotou Cultural and Historical Association,. Located near Ciaotou Sugar Refinery and the provincial highway, Baishu Community was once an ordinary village. In 2011, driven by the Ciaotou Cultural and Historical Association, eight artists were invited to paint the old houses in Baishu Community. Starting from the community's center of faith, Daitian Temple, the artworks extend to both sides. Each artwork has a different style, some are bizarre and humorous, some are cute and warm, some are combined with rural culture, and some alternative works create contrasting effects. They add color to the monotonous red brick or tin houses and inject vibrant new energy into the old rural village. Some dilapidated walls have been revitalized by the artists' skillful hands and have become the most popular corners for installation art. Visitors can happily take photos with their favorite painted creations and leisurely stroll through the community, enjoying the slow and relaxed atmosphere of the countryside.
