Hongmaogang Cultural Park is a collaboration between the Kaohsiung City Government's Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Hongmaogang Cultural Association. The park is divided into six major areas: the "Gaozi Tower Rotating Restaurant," "Sea-Viewing Platform," "Exhibition Hall," "Outdoor Exhibition Area," "Skywalk," and "Pier and Waiting Room."
