The company's team consists of microbial experts from Taiwan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries, focusing on the development of nano-biotechnology products and their application in health foods, skincare products, personal hygiene products, and preventive medicine products. On November 20, 2009, it acquired PFU Cord Blood Biotechnology and was renamed Bioning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in 2020. In 2011, it established the "Bioning Biotechnology Tourist Factory" and the first "Mycelium Baby Museum" in Taiwan. The name "Mycelium Baby" is a homophone of the Taiwanese pronunciation for "very precious," implying the meaning of "precious or treasure" of microorganisms. The original intention of its establishment was to address the general public's lack of understanding, and even aversion and fear, towards the ubiquitous microorganisms in their daily lives. We hope that by establishing the Mycelium Baby Museum, people can gain a deeper understanding of the microbial world and realize that not all microorganisms in nature are harmful; there are also various beneficial microorganisms that are treasures to humans.
