Since the rebranding of the Shihan Fang brand, we have continuously transformed and grown between tradition and innovation. Therefore, investing in the planning of a "tourism factory" has always been our long-term operational goal and direction, combining the delicate spirit of Japanese wagashi culture with deep local cultural roots, allowing Japanese wagashi culture to integrate into more diverse forms, and making it easier for more people to experience the ultimate culture of Japanese culinary art. Furthermore, we also hope to highlight the humanistic spirit of Japanese wagashi through guided tours, conveying the delicate representation of "five-sense integrated art," and aspiring to reshape traditional industries through the transformation of "brand rebranding," incorporating the concepts of "humanities," "innovation," "education," and "inheritance."
