The distilling team uses the clear water from the Central Mountain Range and Snow Mountain Range. Under the influence of Pacific moisture and the mountain winds of Snow Mountain, they have nurtured Kavalan whisky with a mellow taste and charming flavor. Under the brand name "KAVALAN", it brings honor to Yilan. On the second floor of the distillery's castle is the "KAVALAN GARDENHALL", a multi-functional space that combines a whisky tasting room, a whisky laboratory, and a garden bar, satisfying visitors' needs all at once.
