Our four core principles – 'Caring for Humanity,' 'Friendly to the Land,' 'Delicious Food,' and 'Sustainable Ecology' – guide our efforts in the culture of pure brewed gourmet cuisine. The Taiwan Miso Culture Museum features a rich interactive experience with engaging routes and props, suitable for parent-child activities and elementary/middle school 'outdoor education.' We also offer 'in-depth travel and experiential tourism' itineraries for domestic and international visitors, and are committed to environmental protection, energy saving, and carbon reduction in industry development, providing an optimal demonstration site for 'sustainable tourism.' Hidden in a small alley in Fengyuan, Wei Rong's three generations of soy sauce aroma have been aged for nearly 70 years. That rich, mellow flavor has been slowly simmered over the flames of history, creating Taiwan's first brand of organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce. Founder Mr. Xu Huo-lie established the business in 1954.
