[Evaluation Valid Period: 2025/05/06~2028/05/05] The establishment of the Cultural Hall originates from Chairman Chiang Chang-han's family sentiment and fond memories of fermented bean curd. After sixty years, it records the enduring connection to fermented bean curd, allowing the public to experience the persistent aged flavor and cultural heritage while tasting and visiting. Founded by Chiang Feng-sheng, the founder of Shin Pong Lai Food Co., Ltd., in 1940, it has undergone sixty years of aging. In 1965, Shin Pong Lai Food Factory was officially established, and the family name was registered as a trademark, giving rise to the name "Chiang Ji." In 2004, it was officially renamed Shin Pong Lai Food Co., Ltd., ushering in a new era of corporate management. In 2007, the brand "Chiang Ji" entered domestic chain stores. In 2009, the company actively participated in international food exhibitions, dedicating itself to developing overseas markets. In 2011, a new factory was built, introducing advanced tofu manufacturing machinery to enhance food safety, hygiene, and research and development capabilities. In 2012, the "Chiang Ji Fermented Bean Curd Cultural Hall" was established to promote the "jiang gang" (sauce vat) culture of fermented bean curd through its exhibition space. With over sixty years of ancestral experience, Chiang Ji meticulously crafts various types of fermented bean curd, marketing them globally and earning renown both domestically and internationally.
