Starting with a compassionate heart, sailing towards a global presence. Thirty years ago, most medical devices in Taiwan were imported from abroad, and their prices were unaffordable for the average person. Chairman Liang of Hongtai Enterprise, driven by his concern for the people of Taiwan, hoped that they could enjoy high-quality medical devices while reducing their medical expenses. Therefore, despite limited resources, he bravely invested NT$350,000 from a youth entrepreneurship loan to research medical device products that were largely unfamiliar to Taiwanese people at the time. Initially, the focus was on various medical conductive gels and electrode patches. Today, "Made in Taiwan" is a guarantee of quality, but back then, it was difficult for medical institutions that only trusted imported products to accept Taiwanese-made products. However, Hongtai persevered with patience and determination, establishing a firm foothold in the Taiwanese market. After laying the foundation in the Taiwanese market, Hongtai re-strengthened its product competitiveness and diversity, no longer limited to the production of medical consumables, but also developing and producing related medical devices, such as TENS electrical stimulation devices, one of Hongtai's main products.
