[Accreditation Valid Period: 2023/06/09~2026/06/08] After the victory of the War of Resistance, Namchow Group founder Mr. Chen Chi-chih responded to the call of 'Serving the country with industry' and established Huaqiang Cloth Store, Tianchang Trading, Fangchuan Mining, and Huaqiang Coal Mine in Taiwan. In 1952, he joined hands with overseas Chinese friends in the Philippines to acquire the struggling 'Namchow Industrial Co., Ltd.' In February of that year, it was reorganized into 'Namchow Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.' On March 27, the old Namchow's soap factory was taken over, production began on the 29th, which is commemorated as the factory's anniversary. The first product launched was 'Namchow Soap'. In 1974, Namchow's stock was publicly listed.
