The products are free of artificial colors, MSG, and artificial flavors. They are commercially sterilized at high temperature and pressure, and contain no preservatives, allowing for one year of shelf life at room temperature. Taiwan Luwei Museum is the only braised snack factory in Taiwan with multiple international certifications. To allow more people to understand the technological production process of braised snacks and the past and present of braised snacks, a tourist factory was established. Visitors can see the braised snack production process through glass windows and learn about various egg preparations through the Golden Egg DIY experience.
