Due to the sincere and warm characteristics of Fucheng residents, the brand's cultural values of "persistence with a good heart" and "Taiwanese local human touch" were established. Therefore, after guidance from the Industrial Technology Research Institute in 2009, construction from 2010 to 2012, the Black Bridge Sausage Museum was established in September 2012, with the hope of allowing consumers to better understand our brand's cultural values. To create a differentiated positioning, we specifically narrate two cultural main themes, including the local culture of Tainan's Fucheng and the food culture of meat products from both the East and West, hoping to enhance the value of domestic tourism quality. The Sausage Museum is positioned as an industrial museum that combines culture and leisure. In addition to many interactive facilities and exhibits within the museum, it allows visitors to achieve amazement through surprising and interactive experiences.
