It is precisely because of this opportunity that Cadoria has been operating diligently for over thirty years, overcoming countless challenges and breakthroughs, and has become synonymous with healthy dining. In 1981, Cadoria's first fast-food restaurant was established. This multi-cuisine restaurant, located on Zhonghua Road in Xinying City, Tainan, offered everything from fried chicken, hamburgers, and roast chicken to catering services, becoming a memorable taste for Xinying residents in the 1970s. In 1983, it was awarded the "Excellent Hygiene Store" by the Tainan County Health Bureau, highlighting hygiene and safety as our core operating philosophy in the early 1980s. In 1987, with the influx of fast-food chains like Xiang Jicheng and McDonald's, Cadoria transformed from a fast-food restaurant into a specialty restaurant focusing on set meals, making a name for itself in Xinying, Tainan with dishes like swordfish rice, phoenix leg rice, and signature pork ribs.
