[Evaluation Valid Period: 2023/06/20~2026/06/19] Founded in 1965 as Xinxing Food Enterprise Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Fulu Shou Distillery. In 1998, it officially transformed to engage in liquor research and development, establishing 'Fulu Shou International Spirits Co., Ltd.' at No. 11, Zhongshan Road, Gukeng Township, Yunlin County. In 2002, it officially obtained the distillery license issued by the National Treasury Administration, Ministry of Finance. From 2003 to 2005, its rice wine and sorghum wine series passed the Ministry of Finance's 'High-Quality Liquor' certification standards, officially becoming Taiwan's first distillery certified as 'High-Quality Liquor' by the Ministry of Finance. In 2007, to achieve the vision of combining 'manufacturing' and 'tourism', it applied for guidance from the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Central Taiwan Office for tourism factories, thus establishing the Fulu Shou Distillery Museum. Entering the museum, visitors can learn about the origin and development of the Fulu Shou Distillery Museum. Starting with the concept of cherishing blessings by using surplus rice to make wine, it introduces the daily life, food, clothing, housing, and transportation of early farmers, and explains the agricultural tools used by farmers during different seasons to strengthen local educational significance.
