[Evaluation Valid Period: 2025/04/10~2028/04/09][Excellence Valid Period: 2016/08/03~2019/08/03][International Highlight Valid Period: 2019/05/21~2022/05/20] Kinkar Food's tourist factory in Luzhu, Taoyuan - Castella Castle, resembles a halved Baumkuchen in appearance. It is a green and environmentally friendly concept factory designed by the Japanese Tange Architects team, utilizing the latest solar power generation technology and waste heat and wastewater recycling systems. It also fully implements 5S factory management and adopts a constant temperature and humidity monitoring system to contribute to environmental protection and green energy. Upon entering the factory, visitors can not only see the actual scenes from the Nagasaki main store in Japan but also observe the fully open cake-making process. DIY courses and a souvenir shopping area are also available. Through a soft guided tour, visitors can learn more about cakes, food safety, and the importance of ecological education, creating an alternative cake paradise.
