It is the company's largest brewery in terms of area, with the newest equipment and the greatest production capacity. Planning and construction began in 1981, with partial budget allocation and completion of legal procedures in 1983. However, due to stagnant beer sales and the subsequent liberalization of imported beer, the construction plan was temporarily suspended. After re-evaluation in 1989, it was deemed necessary to proceed, and the plan was revised based on actual conditions, commencing in July 1990. Construction contracts were progressively awarded starting January 20, 1992, and all work was completed and commissioned by June 30, 1996. Following a concert attended by 10,000 people, headlined by local rock star Wu Bai, on May 24, 1998, the brewery officially began mass production. This factory specializes in brewing beer, producing five types of products: 0.6-liter Taiwan Beer, 0.35-liter canned Taiwan Beer, 6-can packs of 0.35-liter canned Taiwan Beer, 0.6-liter Taiwan Draft Beer, and 30-liter kegs of draft beer. Its maximum annual production capacity is approximately 2.16 million hectoliters, equivalent to 30 million cases of 0.6-liter bottles per year, and 30,000 metric tons of malt per year. In July 1997, due to policy needs, it was merged with Jianguo Brewery, operating as two factory districts.
