[Evaluation Valid Period: 2025/10/22~2028/10/21] This distillery features a "wellness concept," adding to the original "Wellness Wine Culture Park" with Cordyceps exhibition materials, shaping Cordyceps wellness wine, deer antler wine, and Dragon Phoenix wine into the nation's only "medicinal wellness tourist distillery" that combines biotechnology and winemaking technology. This distillery has been established for over 40 years. In the past, it mainly produced Kaoliang liquor. With environmental changes and shifts in dietary concepts among the Taiwanese people, there is increasing emphasis on health and wellness. Looking ahead, this distillery will combine the strengths of the winemaking and biotechnology industries to develop into a professional distillery with a wellness concept, while also promoting the cultivation technology of Northern Cordyceps and transforming into a tourist factory, providing a great place for Taiwanese people to relax and pursue wellness, taste high-quality medicinal wines and health foods, and improve their quality of life. Northern Cordyceps has diverse uses. When paired with different ingredient recipes, it can be processed into wellness products.
