Located in Xianxi Township, a simple rural village by the sea in Changhua. Hsing-Mai Egg Roll Baking Kingdom started in 2004 with horn pastries in Sanxia, and once had over 30 horn pastry specialty stores in Taiwan. During its development, the founder, driven by a passion for baking, began to develop other products and actively transform the business. Later, with a commitment to food safety and a desire to give back to his hometown, he established Taiwan's first egg roll theme factory in 2017 – [Hsing-Mai Egg Roll Baking Kingdom Theme Factory]. The owner, in developing egg rolls, considered the growing health consciousness of Taiwanese consumers today, who increasingly value 'healthy eating' and a healthy lifestyle. The egg rolls are made with pure natural butter and adhere to five principles, which are generously shared with visitors: 1. Unlike the convenient and quick use of egg powder, we insist on using fresh, locally selected eggs. 2. To highlight the fresh and natural taste of the ingredients, no water is added during the production process. 3. We use 99% natural butter to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
