The first generation owner, Zhong Qin, learned the soy sauce brewing technology, then personally adjusted the ingredients, and used black bean soy sauce with Xiluo's local product, Zhuoshui rice, to create the first batch of mellow soy sauce paste. He carried it on a shoulder pole and sold it by the temple in Xiluo before creating his own brand and establishing [Ruichun Soy Sauce]. The second generation owner, Zhong Gongzhao, in a time of material hardship, worked hard to expand a small shop into a factory, still insisting on using traditional brewing methods to produce high-quality soy sauce. The soy sauce produced with this brewing technology was called 'Zhengyinyou'. After the third generation owner, Zhong Zhuhong, took over the ancestral business, he automated soy sauce packaging and developed gift box series, giving traditional soy sauce a new look. This not only sparked innovation in Taiwan's soy sauce industry but also made Ruichun Soy Sauce a household name. In 2000, 'Ruichun Soy Sauce Factory' was renamed 'Ruichun Soy Sauce Co., Ltd.'. It has now been passed down to the fourth generation. To ensure consumers can eat with peace of mind and to insist that 'Xiluo' soy sauce must be produced in Xiluo, a new factory in Xiluo Futian Industrial Park, with a transparent production line and the largest number of soy sauce vats and sun-drying jars in Taiwan, was completed and put into use in December 2012.
