Maru Wun Foods is renowned for its fresh, delicious, and high-quality golden fish floss, with traditional and authentic flavors and craftsmanship. Its genuine products are often in high demand. The fish floss, fish balls, and other well-regarded products made by Maru Wun have become a shared memory for the people of Taichung. Due to the insistence of the founder, Mr. Liang Huo-cun, the first generation, he spared no expense in using the finest raw materials of sailfish meat, instead of cutting corners with artificial flavorings. He insisted on starting production at 3 AM every day, solely to provide the freshest products to customers who visit in the morning. Mr. Liang Huo-cun believed that products he himself and his employees would eat would naturally gain favor with consumers. Valuing reputation and simple, unpretentious word-of-mouth, this became Maru Wun's ancestral motto for sustainable operation. Due to the strict quality requirements for products and the arduous working conditions that required starting work before dawn, labor shortages emerged.
