Duli Park is located at approximately 124.5K on Provincial Highway 11, adjacent to the Duli indigenous village. In the past, the Amis people of Duli called this place "katomayan" (旮都瑪樣), meaning "where bears appear." In addition to being the administrative center of the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the park also includes the Duli Visitor Center, the Amis Folk Culture Center, a large parking lot, and outdoor recreational and performance spaces. Its elevated position offers stunning views of the vast and beautiful Pacific Ocean, as well as magnificent sunrises and moonrises. It is not only an important window for tourists to obtain East Coast travel information but also a key attraction for tour operators to lead groups and provide explanations. Furthermore, it is a top choice for locals to picnic, take their children, and walk their pets.
